Get to know your neighbors, soak up the sun, cool off in the pool, dance and have fun at our annual summer celebration poolside at Jefferson Creek Apartments. Food, Refreshments, Raffles, Prizes, Waterslide, DJ, Fun and much more will be provided.

]]>- Do not leave your clothes unattended. Other residents may be waiting to use the machines after you.
- Remove all articles of clothing from the washer. No one wants pink clothes from a red sock that was left!
- Do not insert any other coin into the change acceptor except for QUARTERS. Putting other currency or denominations may put the machine out of service.
- For best results, use the washer and dryers in the normal cycle
- Never OVERLOAD the machines!
- Clean up after yourself everytime you are in the laundry facility. Please do not leave trash, unwanted garments or other items in the facility.
When we work together and are courteous to our neighbors, we can all experience the same enjoyment at their home and in our community.

The pool is for the use and enjoyment of ALL Residents. For your own protection, NEVER SWIM ALONE! All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. No lifeguard is provided.
- Pool hours are 10:00am – 10:00pm daily. During the summer, gates will be closed every Monday for pol maintenance.
- A parent or guardian must accompany persons under the age of 16 years old.
- No more than two guests per apartment at the pool at any one time. Resident MUST accompany guests.
- No animals, glass, riding toys in or around the pool area at any time.
- No running or horseplay allowed in the pool area.
- Proper swimsuit attire required in pool and spa, no cut-offs, diapers, or plastic pants allowed in pool.
- No chewing gum or Band-Aids allowed in pool.
Violation of the above rules will result in removal from the pool area and pool privileges for the duration of the season.

- Conserving Water: Don't let the faucets when washing the dishes or brushing your teeth.
- Reduce Electric Consumption: Turn off electronics and lights when not it use and unplug your cellphone chargers when your phone is fully charged.
- Don't litter: Dispose of cigarettes properly and do not leave it on the ground.
- Use Less Chemicals: Harsh cleaning products can contain harmful pollutants that contribute to smog, reduce the quality of drinking water and are toxic to animals.
- Pick up after your pets: Toxic bacteria can seep into the soil and can pollute our fresh water supply because wastewater treatment centers are not designed to filter dog waste!
