The thing is that you are living in a convenient area where everything is right at your finger. You are right across the street from a gas station. You you can walk to a Starbucks and in the eating places. You are 1/4 mile from a Whole Foods, .5 miles from a Kroger and Target. 2.5 miles from a Walmart. You can get on 114 to get to work, right on the George Bush Tollway, and 2 miles from 635. Everything you can think of is right there when you live in these apartments.

I have lived here going on 11 years. The leasing staff and management are very nice. When putting in a work order the maintenance staff takes care of your need mostly in the same day. I will be renewing my lease.

Currently renting and my experience from start to moving in, was great! Very helpful staff and my neighbors are nice and everyone kind of just keeps to themselves. Yes, you do see strays, but what neighborhood doesn't have them? Most of the time, the apartment complex is clean. During the end of the summer, however, the pool always seemed to stay dirty. I wasn't too happy about that. Parking is first come, first served. In my opinion, it doesn't get overcrowded. So far, I am very happy here!

I've lived here for almost a year and every time I've put in a service request maintenance is very quick to take care of the issue. The office staff is also very helpful.

I was a little hesitant to move here because of all the reviews, but I decided to go for it because the location was very convenient for me. I've only been living here for a couple of months but so far the service that I've received from both the office staff and the maintenance is very good.

Excelent community!

We have been here since last November and we are very happy to have chosen Jefferson Creek. We love everything: Convenient covered parking, trash collection, clean, quiet neighbors, and the maintenance service is quick and very efficient. Highly recommended!!

Awesomeness

Moved in on the 15th of the month and so far it's the best. Encountered a few issues but maintenance handled them within eight hours or less. The staff have went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my lease is worth renewing when the time comes. I was sure parking would be an issue but I have no complaints. Oh, can't forget how quiet it is here. The view is not too bad either. AWESOMENESS!!!

Great Location!

The location is awesome! There are so many different types of restaurant and all of our favorite stores close by (some even walking distance!). Because we're close to so many major highways, we can pretty much get to anywhere in the metroplex in 15-20 minutes. We love living at Jefferson Creek!

Review of residents of apt 279

Staying at Jefferson creek apartment has been very satisfactory for me and my spouse till now. There is only one issue regarding noise we have been suffering from is due to residents staying at apartment just above ours. The kid runs across the rooms at any time be it morning, afternoon or night. We have lodged this as complaint to apartment leasing office over the phone. But the issue continues to happen daily. Need support to make the resident in question aware of our concern.

Excellent place to live and center of Irving.

I have stayed nearly 1.7 years in this community with family . I got very good deal and very nice view apartment . All the leasing staff especially ( Eliana Ahumada ) is very friendly and very help full when ever I go with any concern and request. response to the Maintenance request will be very fast . Free shed parking is one of the greatest plus point which is not available in any near community. Hope that will continue in future. Definitely my first choice will be Jefferson creek In case if i comeback to Irving.

Overall Great Community!

We love living here! The area is great and there are lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Plus we get free covered parking and have a great view of the creek. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone that is looking to find a new place to live in Las Colinas.
