Moved in on the 15th of the month and so far it's the best. Encountered a few issues but maintenance handled them within ... eight hours or less. The staff have went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my lease is worth renewing when the time comes. I was sure parking would be an issue but I have no complaints. Staying at Jefferson creek apartment has been very satisfactory for me and my spouse till now. There is only one issue regarding ... noise we have been suffering from is due to residents staying at apartment just above ours. The kid runs across the rooms at any time be it morning, afternoon or night. We have lodged this as complaint to apartment leasing office over the phone. But the issue continues to happen daily. Excellent place to live and center of Irving.
I have stayed nearly 1.7 years in this community with family . I got very good deal and very nice view apartment . All the ... leasing staff especially ( Eliana Ahumada ) is very friendly and very help full when ever I go with any concern and request. response to the Maintenance request will be very fast . Free shed parking is one of the greatest plus point which is not available in any near community. Hope that will continue in future.
